Milano Jewelry Week will open its latest edition this October – bringing together more than 400 exhibitors from around 60 countries and welcoming an average of 20,000 visitors across the city of Milan. I am excited to be invited back for a second year to exhibit two of my Upcycled one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces in the Artistar Jewels event at the Palazzo Bovara. This spectacular Neoclassical building along the Corso Venezia feels like the perfect venue for any serious artist / contemporary jeweler wanting to show off their latest creations, superbly highlighted by the historical surroundings of this Palazzo.
In addition to the Artistar exhibit at the Palazzo Bovara, the Palazzo Serbelloni located only a few steps away will be the location for this year’s The Jewelry Hub – a retail showcase of 48 brands of high and fine designer jewelry. Having strolled through both exhibitions in-person last year, I can attest to the attention to detail with not only the display and presentation of the work – but the enthusiasm of many of the fellow jewelers I met and conversed with about their pieces – all exceptional.
The superlative events surrounding Milano Jewelry Week ’26 will take place from October 20-26, 2026 in and around Milano City Center and will be open to the public with prior registration. (Some events are by invitation only.) One may register their intention to visit the exhibitions at the official website for Milano Jewelry Week 2026 and print out / download a copy of a personalized QR code for entrance to the various events.
Can’t wait to go to MJW again soon! I haven’t forgotten some of the beautiful and inspiring pieces I saw last year, including your own work. I love that jewelry is portable (yet often delicate) art and that it crosses all kinds of boundaries.
Thank you so much, cityofLu! It will be yet another stellar event, with the best part being all the wonderful artists from all across the globe in Milan – showing their jewelry. And it’s not just contemporary jewelry, it’s also fine and high jewelry pieces, too. Like a real *meeting of the minds*, of all the several genres specific to jewelry design. I hope you can attend! Thank you for your lovely comments and stopping by!
Yes, I also love that MJW showcases a wide variety of genres and that it acts as a portal into the very stimulating and diverse world of jewelry design. Even people outside of the profession, like me, can take something away from the event – metaphorically speaking! (I wish I could take away some gold or emeralds but that’s another story!!!) And while jewelry design is one of the oldest art forms on the planet, there’s nothing ancient or clunky about MJW. The show I saw last year at Palazzo Bovara really shone the spotlight on how much innovation, technical skill and thoughtfulness there is contemporary jewelry design. Looking forward to this year’s event!!!
I’m so glad to hear you’ll be able to see the exhibit, in-person, again! It really shows how much beauty lives in ALL the works shown, since most people these days only see jewelry in splashy pictures or videos. But you saw all these objects for yourself, through your own eyes. TY for sharing your wonderful experiences about Milano Jewelry Week with us!
